Es ist ein heimlicher Jammer der Assimilierten, der sich in »wohltätigen« Unternehmungen Luft macht. Sie gründen Auswanderungsvereine für zureisende Juden. Diese Erscheinung enthält einen Gegensinn, den man komisch finden könnte, wenn es sich nicht um leidende Menschen handelte. Einzelne dieser Unterstützungsvereine sind nicht für, sondern gegen die verfolgten Juden da; die Ärmsten sollen nur recht schnell, recht weit weggeschafft werden. Und so entdeckt man bei aufmerksamer Betrachtung, daß mancher scheinbare Judenfreund nur ein als Wohltäter verkleideter Antisemit jüdischen Ursprungs ist.

Aber vorher müssen die Hauptzüge des Planes bekannt sein, auf den alles zu beziehen ist. Der Plan Der ganze Plan ist in seiner Grundform unendlich einfach und muß es ja auch sein, wenn er von allen Menschen verstanden werden soll. Man gebe uns die Souveränität eines für unsere gerechten Volksbedürfnisse genügenden Stückes der Erdoberfläche, alles andere werden wir selbst besorgen. Das Entstehen einer neuen Souveränität ist nichts Lächerliches oder Unmögliches. Wir haben es doch in unseren Tagen miterlebt, bei Völkern, die nicht wie wir Mittelstandsvölker, sondern ärmere, ungebildete und darum schwächere Völker sind.

Niemand braucht mehr aus Not zum Verbrechen zu schreiten, wenn er arbeiten will. Aus Hunger dürfen keine Selbstmorde mehr begangen werden. Diese sind ja ohnehin eines der ärgsten Schandmale einer Kultur, wo vom Tische der Reichen den Hunden Leckerbissen hingeworfen werden. Die Arbeitshilfe gibt also jedem Arbeit. Hat sie denn für die Produkte Absatz? Nein. Wenigstens nicht genügenden. Hier ist der Mangel der bestehenden Organisation. Diese Assistance arbeitet immer mit Verlust. Allerdings ist sie auf den Verlust gefaßt.
